PAYMENTS
I accept payment by Paypal, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, debit cards with the MasterCard or VISA logo, and electronic checks through online processing by Paypal.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR DOWNLOADING
Please follow the instructions below to download your file.
PC Users: You must Right-Click the link below and choose "Save Link As..." or "Save Target As..." to save the file to a location on your computer.
Mac Users: Simply click the link below to save the file to your computer. If you have problems, try Option + Click and the "Save to Disk" command to save the file to your computer.
Note: You may also need to disable any firewall software you are running that may block access to the download.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Since Kidznote products are non-tangible I do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product download link is sent.
However, I realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the product I supply.
Therefore, I do honor requests for the refund on the following reasons:
Non-delivery of the product: due to some mailing issues of your e-mail provider or your own mail server might not receive a delivery e-mail from me. In this case I recommend contacting me for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted within 7 days from the order placing date. Otherwise the product will be considered received and downloaded.
Download issues: If you do experience problems downloading the product, please contact me and I will assist. If by chance I cannot assist, I will refund your money.

You may not, except with my express written permission, distribute or commercially exploit the content. Nor may you transmit it or store it on any other website or other form of electronic retrieval system.
You may print or download to a local hard disk for your personal and non-commercial use only.
Any other use or performance of the content is strictly prohibited.
